Potato Corn Bread Vada

This snack you can make for breakfast or evening snacks ,its super crispy and delicious

Ingredients

 2 servings
  1. 4 medium size boiled potatoes
  2. 1/2 cup boiled corn
  3. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  4. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  5. 1 tsp all purpose seasoning
  6. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp dhaniya (coriander)powder
  9. 1 tsp garam masala
  10. To taste Salt
  11. as needed Bread slice
  12. as needed Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. First boil potatoes and corn and smash nicely then add all the spices and salt. Next take bread slices and cut the sides of all.

  2. Flatten or use it like this by dipping into water slightly makes bread soft then add the stuffing and close the bread by pressing and giving round shape and make all vadas ready and deep fry them till golden brown.
