SOYA CHUNKS BALLS


SOYA CHUNKS BALLS A DELICIOUS SNACKS MADE  WITH HEALTHY SOYA CHUNKS.

EASY RECEPIE QUICKLY MADE 


INGREDIENTS:

2 CUPS OF BOILED SOYA CHUNKS

Masala to be grind

1 tbsp ginger chopped

1 tbsp garlic chopped

3 tbsp of curry leaves

2 medium size green chili 

1 big size chopped onion 

1 cup of mint and coriander leaves

1 tbsp of saunf

1 tsp of turmeric powder 

1 cup of roasted gram flour 


Salt adjust as per taste 

METHOD

1.First boil 2 cups of water and add soya chunks boil it for few minute and then drain water completely and squeeze out the water from soya chunks and grind coarsely.




2.Next grind garlic,ginger,green chilli,onion,curry leaves,coriander leaves,mint leaves, saunf and make smooth paste.



3.Next add this Masala to the grind  soya chunks.Take 1 cup of roasted gram flour(Besan),salt adjust as per taste ,1 tsp of turmeric powder,mix everything well.




4.Next Make small size balls ,and heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry all the soya balls till it becomes crispy and golden brown in color.







5.Enjoy this healthy SOYA CHUNKS BALLS with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
