Dahi Ragda Puri Chaat

Ingredients

 2 servings
  1. 1 cup white peas(safed watana)
  2. 5 small potatoes
  3. To taste Salt
  4. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 1 cup curd
  6. For garnishing
  7. As needed Peanuts roasted
  8. As needed Roasted spicy dal
  9. As needed Sev
  10. As needed Green chutney
  11. As needed Tangy tamarind chutney
  12. 1 tsp Chaat masala

Steps

  1. First soak white watana overnight or if you want you can keep for 3 to 4hrs but you have to soak watana in hot boiled water so quickly it will get soft then pressure cook watana with peeled potatoes by adding 4 to 5 cups of water along with turmeric and salt and let it whistle atleast 7 to 8 times so that everything gets cooked well it should be soft.Next take curd add sugar and whisk it and keep aside.

  2. Next take readymade or homemade puris by thumb make chole in between puri and add ragda and garnish with curd,tamarind chutney, green chutney,peanut roasted spicy chana,sev and some chat masala and serve this delicious and tempting dahi ragda puri.
