Milk jelly pie(china grass pudding)

This desert you can make in many ways had make a pie with this. Its very quickest dessert can be made.

Ingredients

 4 servings
  1. 1 pkt of instant milk jelly
  2. 500 ltr milk
  3. Dryfruits for garnishing
  4. Use any biscuits available at home for base
  5. 3-4 tbsp butter

Steps

  1. Here I have used blue bird instant milk jelly which is easily available in shops which comes in many flavours I have used pista flavour.First boil 500ltr milk and then add the whole pkt of instant mix to milk and keep on stirring and bring it to boil again no need of adding anything sugar is already in the mixture let it melt.Keep aside to cool down when done.Next take any Graham crackers or any biscuits available for base put in poly bag and crushed it and make powder.

  2. Next take out in a bowl and melt butter and then mix to the biscuit powder.

  3. Mix nicely and take pie making tray and put the mixture on that and tap tightly and make flat.Next keep in fridge for sometime atleast 20 minutes.

  4. Next if the jelly has cool down completely pour on the base made of biscuit and keep in fridge for one hour to set.

  5. Next garnish it with dry fruits or any fruits available at home enjoy this desert chilled.
