Soya Spring Rolls
Soya spring rolls is not only delicious but healthy too with full of vegetables.Best for evening snacks.

- 8 roll sheets
- 2 cups chopped vegetables carrot,onion,capsicum
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp sambhar masala
- 1 tsp salt adjust as per taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour slurry for sticking rolls
- Some chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Steps
Next, mix it with the veggies and add little water only 2 tbsp just to get the masala gets mixed with soya when it is done cool it down completely. Next take a sheet of spring roll add the stuffing in the centre and close the sheet by brushing slurry made for sticking the sheet while closing and do this process for all rolls and deep fry all till it becomes golden brown.
