SOYA SPRING ROLLS


Soya Spring Rolls


Soya spring rolls is not only delicious but healthy too with full of vegetables.Best for evening snacks.

Ingredients

 2 servings
  1. 8 roll sheets
  2. 2 cups chopped vegetables carrot,onion,capsicum
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp garam masala
  7. 1 tsp coriander powder
  8. 1 tsp cumin powder
  9. 1 tsp sambhar masala
  10. 1 tsp salt adjust as per taste
  11. 2 tbsp oil
  12. 2 tbsp all purpose flour slurry for sticking rolls
  13. Some chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

  1. Boil soya chunks by adding a pinch of salt and squeeze out the water and cool it down. Next chopped all veggies finely. Next take a pan heat oil add and add cumin seeds and let it splutter.

  2. Next, add chopped veggies saute it well and add all the spices and mix well and next chopped finely or grind it coarsely soya chunks.

  3. Next, mix it with the veggies and add little water only 2 tbsp just to get the masala gets mixed with soya when it is done cool it down completely. Next take a sheet of spring roll add the stuffing in the centre and close the sheet by brushing slurry made for sticking the sheet while closing and do this process for all rolls and deep fry all till it becomes golden brown.

  4. Cut from the centre and serve hot delicious evening snacks of soya spring rolls with tea.
