Curd rice
The fastest recepie can be made on short time you can have in lunch or dinner good during sumer season to have curd rice.

- 1 cup rice
- 11 /2 cup curd
- To taste Salt
- For tempering
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1 tsp chana dal
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 dried red chilli
- 1 green chilli split
- 1/2 inch ginger crushed
- As needed Curry leaves
- 1 tbsp grated carrot
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Steps
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add chana dal,cumin seeds,mustard seeds,curry leaves,urad dal red chilli let it splutter then add grated ginger,red chilli,green chilli and saute well all together and last add grated carrot and add this tempering to the rice and mix well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot curd rice.
