Ingredients
- 100 gm mawa
- 4-5 tbsp milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 mango pulp
- 1/2 cup Chopped dry fruits (almond,pistachio, cashew)
- 6 readymade sheets of roll made of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Oil for deep frying
- for garnishing
- handful chopped dryfruits
- 4 Tsp powdered sugar
Steps
First take a nonstick pan so that the mixture which we are preparing will not stick to it and you get the best result.Heat a pan add 4 to 5tbsp of milk and add sugar keep flame on low and start stirring then add mawa with the milk you will get a thick paste when the mawa melts.Next keep on stirring till it starts to thicken again.
When you keep continuously stirring you will find the mixture starts changing colour and starts thicken again at this stage add mango pulp, some chopped dryfruits and mix it well you will get final thick paste when it is done keep to cool it down completely it will become more thick if you use directly on roll the sheets might start breaking when you roll, always cool down and then use stuffing for rolls.Next take a sheet keep in kite shape take some filling and keep on sheet.
