Chickpeas, spinach and potato fritters


The combination of chickpea, spinach and potato

Ingredients

 2 servings
  1. 1/2 cup chickpea boiled
  2. 1 cup spinach leaves chopped
  3. 2 grated potatoes
  4. 1 cup gram flour
  5. 1 tsp garam masala
  6. 1 tsp dhania powder
  7. 1 tsp sambhar masala
  8. 1 tsp cumin powder
  9. 1 tsp red chili powder
  10. 1 green chili chopped
  11. 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  12. Salt as per taste

Steps

  1. First chopped spinach, onion and grate potatoes .Next boil chickpeas and. When done smash it nicely.

  2. Mix smashed chickpea with grated potatoes, spinach and onion and add all spices, salt along with gram flour and mix nicely all together no need of adding water.

  3. When it is done heat oil in kadhai and deep fry fritters till golden brown and serve hot with tomato sauce.
