A very famous mumbaiya IRANI SAMOSA and if you have with IRANI CHAI along with this goes awesome.Easy to make do try.
INGREDIENTS :-
- 2 big size onion sliced
- 1 tsp salt adjust as per taste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp dhaniya powder
- 1 tsp amchur powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 cup poha powdered
- leaves Some chopped coriander
- Oil for deep frying
- 10 sheets samosa Patti
- 2 tbsp slurry of all-purpose flour for sticking samosa patti
METHOD:-
1.First sliced 2 big size onion and heat a pan with 2 tbsp of oil and saute till it becomes soft don't over cook.Next add turmeric,dhania powder, garam masala, amchur powder, red chilli powder,salt and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
3.Fold the way you want and make slurry of all-purpose flour to stick next fill the stuffing and close it by pasting the slurry made of maida and prepare all samosa same way.
4.Next take kadhai or deep pan for deep frying samosa fry till golden brown and serve this hot irani samosa with tomato ketchup or chutney.
