It's a traditional dish made during Ramzan it is actually made of non-veg but I have tried making it in purely veg.Its origin from Hyderabad.Its a very long process to make i hope step by step images with details will help to make it easy.

1/4 cup Broken wheat / Dalia
1/4 cup oats
1/2 tbsp urad dal
1/2 tbsp chana dal
1/2 tbsp yellow moongh dal
1/2 tbsp masoor dal
1/2 tbsp tuvar dal
6 almonds
6 cashew
You can use pista also and some rose
petals
5-6 clove
5-6 cardomom
1 tbsp black peppercorns
1 inch dalchini
1 tbsp jeera
1/2 Ltr water
1 cup soya granules or chunks you can use but boil and grind
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
1/2 cup fried onion
4-5 green chilli slits use as per spicy you want
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup pure ghee
Mix garam masala 1inch dalchini,4 black peppercorn, 2 cardamom,
2 cloves,
First step take a mixer grinder jar add all the dals,oats,dalia,cashew,almonds,all garam masala spices and grind into fine powder.Next take dip bowl and add the powder and along with that add 500ltr water and mix well and keep for 30minutes to soak.
Next boil soya chunks or granules which you have and squeez out the water completely when it is done and grind into coarsely.Now let's begin to prepare Haleem for that first fry onion till it becomes crispy and remove and keep aside in the same pan remove the oil taken for frying onion add 1/2 cup ghee.
Next add garam masala clove,cardamom, black peppercorn,dalchini and jeera and fried onion.Next add slit green chilli and ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.
Next add coarsely grind soya granules and mix well.Next add the soak dals powder with water present for soaking and mix well.
Next add additional 1/2 ltr water more so that it will not thicken and add chopped coriander leaves and spread 2 tbsp of ghee.
Keep on low flame to cook atleast 30minutes and while serving serve in a bowl add some fried onion spread ghee on top and garnish with some cashew nuts and chopped coriander leaves and always serve hot.
