LEFTOVER ROTI UPMA

 



बची हुई रोटी का उपमा

Ingredients

 2 सर्विंग
  1. 3 रोटि/चपाती बची हुई
  2. 1 कप सब्ज़िया कटी हुई जैसे शिमला मिर्च,गाजर,हरा वटाना
  3. 1 कटा हुआ टमाटर
  4. 1 हरि मिर्च
  5. 1 प्याज / कान्दा कटा हुआ
  6. 5 कदी पत्ता
  7. 1/2 कप कटा हुआ हरा धनिया
  8. स्वाद अनुसार नमक
  9. 1 चम्मच गरम मसाला
  10. 1 चम्मच धनिया पोवड़र
  11. 1 चम्मच जीरा
  12. 2 चम्मच मून्घ्फली
  13. 2 चम्मच तेल

Steps

  1. सरि सब्ज़ियों को अछी तरह काट लिजिए और रोतियों को छोटे छोटे टूकरे में काट लिजिये।

  2. फिर मूँगफली को तेल में भुन लिजिये और उसे साइड में रख दिजीये उसी पेन में जीरा और कढी पत्ता डालिये,उस्के बाद कटा हुआ कन्दा कटी हुई हरि मिर्च डालिये जैसे ही कन्दा अछी तरह नरम होजाए।

  3. फिर इसमें डालिये सारी सब्जियां और मसाले,नमक डालकर भुन्ले फिर डालिये कटी हुई रोटियां हरा धनिया और सबको मिलायें अछी तरह 5 मिनट पक्ने दे और फिर परोसे।

Stuffed Drumstick Masala

Stuffed drumstick masala which has come out delicious the masala itself is key in this recepie

Ingredients

 2 servings
  1. 2 chopped drumstick cut into 3 inch
  2. 3 tbsp roasted gram flour
  3. 3 tbsp roast and grind coarsely
  4. 3 tbsp fresh coconut grated
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1 tsp coriander powder
  9. 1/2 tsp gram masala
  10. Pinch asafoetida (hing)
  11. As per taste Salt
  12. 1 medium size tomato
  13. 3 tbsp Oil
  14. Few curry leaves

Steps

  1. Firstly slit one side of the drumstick and steam it for 10 min till it becomes little soft. Next roast the besan(gram flour).Take a mixing bowl add roasted gram flour, grated coconut and add roasted coarsely ground peanuts then add all spices and mix well then add little oil and mix and keep it in side.

  2. Next check for the drumstick if it has become soft remove and stuff the masala mixture in all the drumstick.Next heat a pan add oil add jeera, hing and curry leaves. When it starts to splutter then add chopped tomato.

  3. Next add the mixture into it, mix well and add 1/2 cup water then again mix the masala well. Next add the stuffed drumstick, chopped coriander leaves and cover the lid if need you can add more water and close the lid and let it cook for atleast 10 min till it becomes dry.

  4. Serve with roti/ chapati with delicious stuffed drumstick masala.

HARYALI MUTTER PANEER

 


Hariyali mutter paneer

I have given this name for this recepie for it's ingredients the masala made for this is green and this masala you can use for any gravy and can be stored for a week in refrigerator instant gravy masala.

 40min  

Ingredients

 3 servings
  1. 1/2 fresh coconut
  2. 1 cup coriander leaves
  3. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 big size tomato
  5. 2 green chillies
  6. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. To taste Salt
  8. 3 tsp oil
  9. 100 gm paneer
  10. 1 cup green peas

Steps

  1. Take coriander leaves, cut into small pcs of coconut, and green chilli add into mixer grinder and grind into very fine paste.Next cut paneer into cubes and keep green peas ready.

  2. Next heat a pan or kadhai add oil here I am using good amount of oil so that I have to roast the masala fully with oil add sliced onion,ginger garlic paste let the onion gets soft and raw smell of ginger garlic goes off then add chopped tomatoes,salt and cook the tomatoes soft and next add grinded coconut paste and mix well.

  3. Roast the masala well till the raw smell goes and it gives light brown colour the masala takes time to roast keep patience and then add water as per the consistency you want for the gravy and add paneer and green peas check for salt after adding water now cover the lid and cook for atleast 15minutes.

The delicious hariyali mutter paneer is ready to serve with roti/ chapati as I mentioned in the story column you can make this masala and u can store this in refrigerator for a week just take out add water and adjust salt and your gravy is ready u can add veggies of your choice can be made with potatoes,peas,paneer,and mix veg gravy.This masala is made spicy you can adjust green chilli as per that.
